More is not better!
I owned one of the predecessors to Norelco's current Cool Skin line of shavers, however it was stolen from the bathroom in my college dorm, so I decided to give this razor a try. After using the razor for a month, I have yet to receive a close shave without irritation. The razor heads are so large, that they really don't contour to my face at all. Additionally, the excessive amount of openings on the razor head guard only lead to more irritation, not a quick, smooth shave as advertised. I also find it somewhat awkward to use the pop up trimmer. It comes up from the rear, which means you have to hold the razor backward to use it. If I want to invert the trimmer to buzz up underneath my sideburns, I have to hold the trimmer in place otherwise it will fold back down and close.
Needless to say, I am sending this razor back to Norelco and purchasing the Cool Skin 7735X - an updated model of the razor that gave me a close, smooth, painless shave for almost 2 years.

With four shaving heads that follow a woman's body contours, this cordless, rechargeable electric shaver shaves quickly and smoothly. Two of the heads operate as trimmers, retracting and rising at the push of a button. Fully retracted, they permit the remaining heads to cut stubble. Halfway up, they join the other two heads to cut short and long hairs. All the way up, they're ideal for cutting long hairs. The shaver is fully submersible and will shave wet or dry skin. Its contoured shape and nonslip grips keep it snug in the hand. For travel, the recharging stand works worldwide on 110- to 240-volt systems. The shaver comes with a soft travel pouch and cleaning brush. Remington offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not completely satisfied, and there's also a two-year warranty against defects. 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee; 2-year warranty against defects Four shaving heads follow body contours to shave quickly, smoothly Trimmers retract for short hairs, rise for long hairs Cordless and fully submersible for wet or dry shaving Cleaning brush, soft drawstring travel pouch included
Customer Review :
Needs improvement.
I got one of these electric shavers as a gift quite a while ago. At the time, I knew I needed an electric shaver rather than expensive manual razors because I was about to move to Florida and I figured I didn't want to hack up my legs (using manual razors) and I wanted something that was easy to use since I would have to shave daily. When I got this as a gift, I was ecstatic that it could also be used in the shower. So I opened it, charged it overnight, and began to shave my legs the next day. As you can see from the number of stars I have given this electric shaver, I was severely disappointed.
First, I guess I was thinking more about the convenience of having a cordless machine but it turns out that cordless isn't always better. Even after a full charge, I have a hard time shaving both legs before the machine dies. Women that don't have a lot of hair on their legs may not have a problem with this but I do so it was a bit frustrating having two wait a few hours so it can recharge. Not very convenient if you want to get a quick shave in before you go to the beach only to find out that you can only do one leg because of how quickly the power runs out.
As for the actual performance of the machine, if I wanted to hurt my legs just to remove hair from them, I'd use a manual razor instead. I was surprised at how painful this was to use. I figured that since I wasn't using a razor blade that it would be ok to go over certain spots over and over again. I don't know if my legs are defective or something but this shaver just could not remove all of the hair even if I spent 5 minutes on a particular spot. It didn't bother me that I could still FEEL the stubble, it was the fact that you could SEE it that bothered me. Overall, I find the pain completely unforgiving and that is what stopped me from using this machine.
Lastly, if you plan on using this in the shower, don't bother. I had the same problems removing hair from my legs even using the water as some sort of lubrication. Not only that, but it seemed like it performed worse when water was introduced to it.
I HAVE tried cheap (in the $20 range) electric shavers that work better than this so if you're considering the Remington WDF-3000, I wouldn't even bother.

Yuck
I hated using this thing. HATED! It was painful, and didn't even shave my legs all that well. AWFUL. Don't waste your money. This razor totally turned me off to all electric shavers. Whatever you buy, don't get this!

This groomer has a neckline & sideburn trimmer attachment, as well as a rotary nose & ear attachment. It comes with 4-position mustache and beard comb and storage pouch. Rayovac alkaline batteries are included (2 AAA). This is great for travel with the quality and trust of the Remington brand name at an affordable price.
Customer Review :
great little multi-use shaver, but better for women
I bought this shaver in a local store to handle the job of trimming my beard to a reasonable level on a regular. I wanted battery operated because batteries are easy to find and I always have rechargeables.
This little shaver is a little shaver. It might be good to keep a clean-shaved face, but for beard maintenance, especially if you don't shave very often, this thing can cause some pulling and pain.
All in all, it's good on batteries, the nose/ear trimmers work well. And without the comb attachment, it does a decent clean-shave without leaving much stubble.
If you like your beard though, buy something bigger.
If you're a woman, or looking for something for a woman, this is great for bikini shaving and cheaper than the

Questions & Answers
Question : How old do you have to be to start shaving your facial hair?
I only have hair on my stache, is it a good idea to shave only there? What are some pros and cons in shaving early and at a younge age? When i say "younge age" i mean early teens. What should i use to shave such as a one bladed razer or three bladed? Any good company that has good shaver? What makes a good shaver? Will my skin be erritaded by shaving? Do you have any tips on shaving? Should i wait until i'm older to shave or shave now? What's the best type of shaver? Whats the best type of shaving cream?
The hair is very visible. And will my skin be effected in any way? Is it better to shave up and down or across?
Answer:
I started shaving when I was about 15. When you should start depends on genetics really. Some males just have more hair than others, and they start developing facial earlier or later. Shaving will irritate your skin at first. My suggestion is to use a hot, moist towel on your face before you begin shaving. This will open up your pores, and make the hairs stand up. Then carefully shave with a razor. I use a razor with 3 blades, but it really doesn't matter. Any razor will do as long as you don't hurry. Shave with the grain of your hair. I get a better result shaving downwards, but you can shave upwards too. After you finish shaving, wash your face with cold water. This closes off the pores in your skin and prevents irritation. Then finish off by splashing your face with a mild after shave. This kills any germs and prevents those little red bumps. I hope this helped you out.

Question : What is the best shaving products for women?
What do you think is the best razor and shaving cream for women? I want to get a new one but dont know what to get.
Answer:
I'm a big fan of the "Intuition" by Schick. It's got it's own soap bar surrounding the razor head so you don't need shaving cream!

Question : What is the best razor/shaving cream for thick facial hair?
I'm a 21 year old guy with light skin and dark hair. I have really thick/dark facial and my skin gets easily irritated. What razor and shaving cream do you recommend for me? Also, I want a really close shave. Should I shave in the opposite direction I normally would or go with the grain of my hair? Finally, I have red bumps on my neck after I shave. Are these ingrown hairs?
Answer:
Here's my suggestion:
Buy a double-edged safety razor. They're old school but they shave just as well as the multi-blade systems on the market and they're more gentle on the skin. Not to mention, less expensive.
As for shaving cream --- I recommend the line 'King of Shaves'. I was just turned onto this brand by doing a lot of research and it's good stuff. It has aloe and antiseptic properies, so it's good for ingrowns. Also, it's low foam, so you're able to see where you shave. It doesn't gunk up like other shaving creams either.
Shave with the growth of the hair, then sideways.

Question : what age do males start shaving everyday?
I am 17 and I only shave like once a week to a week and a half and I can;t grow good facial hair. Mine is so scraggly and patchy, its just like dark peach fuzz in certain spots. What age do men start shaving the face like on a regular basis, and what age does the hair become full and thick?
Answer:
It varies from guy to guy. I was in the 6th grade and already had a moustache. I know several men in their 40's who only shave every other day. We're all different.

Question : How can I get shaving cream stains out of upholstery?
So during a crazy night, me and my buddies decided to get crazy with the shaving cream. Now my futon is a mess. How can I get the shaving cream stains out?
Answer:
Simply wipe off with a damp cloth. Keep rinsing the cloth until the stains are gone...

Question : Does shaving frequently really cause facial hair to grow faster and thicker?
I'm 17
My facial hair started growing a while ago but it does not grow thick and it grows in patches.
I want that stubble look but not in patches
Will shaving more help the hair grow thicker?
Answer:
Of course not. Shaving cuts off dead hair tissue, it grows from the bottom. Shaving doesn't do anything magical to your hair, any more than just rubbing or massaging your hand across the beard area. Many men have patchy beards, so they just can't have the "stubble" look. It may grow in eventually, but if you have to shave some whiskers daily and there are bare patches, most likely they will stay bare.

Question : How to shave in flight? Is shaving kit (razors, blades etc) allowed in international flights?
I need to shave my beard everyday since many of them turned gray. However while in international flight(which takes around 25 hours) how would I shave? Are blades, razors, shaving cream allowed in international flights? If not then how would one shave in flight?
Answer:
Safety razors and less than 3 oz. cans of shaving foam are allowed and many airlines offer them in business and 1st class. Just go in the bathroom and shave, I usually bring along an electric razor on long flights, it's a lot easier than foam and razors in a cramped airplane bathroom. Electric and safety razors are not prohibited and are perfectly fine to bring onto an airplane, at least in the US and Asia where I fly to and from frequently.
