Good replacement blades - Good Shaver CHEAP! $10!
I think this shaver is pretty decent. And you can't beat the price. $10. The shaver has really good battery life. And it fits nicely in your hand. When I went out of town recently, I realized that it's compact shape is good for storing in luggage. The only thing about this shaver that you have to be careful with is the blade. It is so thin, that if you throw the razor in a box with other items (for example), another object can easily rip or tear the blade. It is that paper thin. I learned this the hard way but was happy to see that I could order these replacement blades on Amazon. Now I keep the shaver in a protective neoprene pouch. The set comes with two replacement blades. Now that I keep the shaver protected when not using it, I doubt I will need the second replacement any time soon. I have no idea how it compares to a $185 shaver. But, I doubt it is worth the extra $175. There are places on my face and neck where I have to change the direction or amount of pressure I am using to get a good shave. But, I have found that the case with all electric shavers so far. This shaver is a darn good product for $10.

Long lasting
I bought this 3 years ago for my husband, He still uses it everyday. The only thing, you have to order(through the mail) new blades which can be a little pain, you just have to be sure to do it in advance, so you have it on hand, but over all, love this thing!

Questions & Answers
Question : braun bodycruzer vs philips body groom or other choices?
ok, so im kinda hairy lool, and was looking to get rid of it. i dont want waxing, since ive heard its painful, and laser is kinda expensive for now. so today at wal mart i saw the philips body groom, 50 bucks, pretty good price, but does it really work? and does it make body smooth? or just trim? and tonight on tv i saw the braun bodycruzer? hows that 1? which 1 should i get? thanks
Answer:
Hi there - i think the best option is to go & check the websites for both - Braun bodycruZer and Philips bodygroomer. The Braun bodycruzer is a combination of wet & dry - it has a trimmer and a blade and as a result gives you both options - you can trim or clean shave.

Answer:
one of those remmington beard and moustache trimmers...thats what my ex uses...its got attachments so you can keep it trimmed to a certain length or if need be you can shave it all off with the trimmer

Question : Do you think we will eventually view body hair on men the same way as body hair on women?
I mean, culturally, we abhor armpit and leg hair on women, most male models you see in magazines are totally shaved, do you think that it will eventually become a cultural requirement as a practice of good grooming for men to shave the way women are expected to or will men who shave their armpits and legs always be considered gay?
Answer:
Not in our lifetime because its a double standard in grooming between men and women.

Question : im getting my first horse soon n there are afew questions id like to ask about grooming?
1. how often do you groom a field kept horse?
2. how often do you need to wash there tail
3. to brush the main and tail do you use a main comb or a body brush?
4. do you need to oil the hoofs?
5. do you need a water brush?
6. do you need to strap your horse?
Answer:
You need to grrom a field kept horse very little as it removes the natural oil in their coat - which protects them against the elements! If they are muddy - make sure you grrom properly where tack will go - other than that just remove the mud with a Dandy brush!
Tails dont need to be washed often - if they look dirty really!
You can use a body brush or mane comb, although a mane comb is used to help plait rather than grooming. A Dandy brush is also good for mane and tail!
Hoof oil is one of those things that can be pretty pointless in the winter - I used to do it every now and then to keep condition - and when showing as it looks noce!
I have never used a water brush in my life - apart from to clean my boots! You will need sponges though!
It is almost impossible to strap a horse with winter coat! It was something I used to do in the summer as it is the only time you can bring up the shine on a short summer coat!
Just to clarify strapping, its when you use a body brush and groom really well, with lots of strokes, you also use a metal curry comb to get the dust out of the body brush as you go along!
Best of luck!

Question : Does anyone have any pictures or instructions for grooming a Yorkie-Poo dog?
The groomer that I just took my dog to, shaved his entire body! I was SO upset! He doesn't even look like the same dog! I wanted him groomed but with the hair still long. HELP! I need some pictures to carry to my next groomer or to possibly do it myself.
Obviously I would not burn my dog. I do not appreciate the comment either.
Answer:
I am guessing your groomer shaved your dog because the dog's fur was matted. Do you remember if your dog had a lot of tangles or knots? I believe a yorkie-poo is part poodle. Both poodles and yorkies need a lot of grooming, I would say monthly professional grooming is needed and you should brush your dog daily to help keep out the mats. Dogs tend to get mats around the ears, under their legs, on their tummys and near their bottoms. What happens if the dog isn't brushed and groomed regularly is the dogs hair get really tangled and then it is really uncomfortable for the dog because the mats pull on the skin, trap dirt, etc. Imagine if you didn't brush your hair for months. When dogs are really matted the most painless way to remove the mats is to shave them out. Otherwise, it could take several hours of painful brushing to try to remove the mats, which is very uncomfortable and traumatic for the dog. So as your dog's hair is growing out, really focus on brushing it to keep out the matting and then next time you go to the groomer they will be able to give your dog the cut you want. Now, on the other hand, if your dog wasn't matted, the groomer may have either misunderstood your instructions or they didn't want to take the time to get out a few mats. I would ask people you know for a recommendation on a good groomer. Not all groomers are equal in their ability and especially in how they treat the dogs. A good groomer should have explained why they shaved the dog, and he/she should have probably called you in advance of shaving the dog to let you know what they were going to do. Lastly, I would probably not encourage you to try to shave/trim the dog yourself. It is trickier then it looks and if you do it incorrectly, you can cut the dog pretty seriously. Feel free to brush and bathe your pup at home though to keep the dogs coat in good condition. You happen to have a breed of dog that requires a lot of grooming, so it will be better for the dog and you if you can work on regular maintenance of the coat. Hope this helps!

Question : How should I present grooming issues to my girlfriend?
I have recently started a new relationship and I really enjoy being with her. We have a lot of chemistry, a good sex life, and communicate with each other very well.
I have one concern and it stems from her personal grooming habits of body and pubic hair. She has some body hair that I would prefer be removed; and as far as pubic hair, she has not had much experience in the bedroom and does not groom in the area; I am not asking for total clean shaved, but trimmed would be a nice improvement. I am also more than willing to trim myself in that region as well.
If it were any other aspect of our relationship, I would feel comfortable bringing it up nicely/directly. However she already has an issue with being self conscience about her body.
Is this something I am going to have to live with, or is there a tactful way I might approach the subject that would not hurt her feelings?
Answer:
That is a tough one. I would say you are probably going to her her feelings either way you go if she is sensitive. I would focus on letting her know what turns you on...i.e. being a little more clean shaven, and don't let it sound like you are complaining about her specifically. Tell her you find her sexy but everyone has preferences. Better yet, start the conversation by asking her what her preferences are. Good luck.

Question : Are men self conscious about their body hair?
I know women are and that's why we're constantly trimming, plucking, waxing, shaving, etc and etc. Honestly, I don't think guys have to worry about anything but facial hair because it is quite noticeable and expected by society to maintain groomed.
What are your thoughts?
