Here's a CHEAPER way to get this:
Two stars because it's overpriced from this seller. There are 2 ways to order this: The wrong way costs $24. The right way costs only $9.99.
Most searches reveal the BG2020 part which costs 17.99 + 5.77 shipping since it comes from a company that doesn't do Amazon's Free Super Saver Shipping. I have the BG2020 model shaver, so I thought I needed THIS part. But they shipped me the BG2000 part which states right on the package that it works for the BG2020 model shaver...I tried it...works perfectly as promised.
So to help you avoid my mistake, search for: "norelco bg2000 replacement" Choose the $9.99 BG2000 part with the FREE shipping logo (you need to bundle this purchase with some others to get over the $25 min. to qualify).
You'll get the exact same part I got, but at a 60% discount.

Nearly the cost of the original unit !!
Unbelievable that this foil head costs nearly as much as going to the store and getting a new unit. Mine wore out in less than 60 days and with minimal usage.
Rating :
Pathetic!
How can they charge so much for the replacement foil? It cost almost as much as the whole unit! One of those ripoff schemes of manufactures that put their profits way ahead of their customer satisfaction. Do not buy this product. It does not work well enough to justify paying so much for a replacement head.

Has to be replaced and is hard to find in a store!
Many guys do not use the clipper oil and have complained about hair pulling and shave quality. I recommend rinsing with warm/hot water and lightly oiling after use. The replacement cutter is lasting much longer with some TLC.

body groom replacement shaver head
I am totally satisfied at how long the origional shaver head held up. I am also satisfied at the ease of getting a replacment. I have heard negatice comments, but I find all of them to be false as far as I am concerned.

You will receive SP-132 OR SP-360 depending on stock on hand. Remington is in the process of changing the item number from SP-132 to SP-360. Both products are the same except for color

Good product
This is an excellent electric shaver. Of course, it is not comparable to a regular razor, but for the convienience (and lack of razor burn in some people's cases), it is well worth the bit of stuble you're left with.

makes the shaver like new
New screen and cutter assembly makes the shaver like new. Same as original parts, perfect fit and operation in the wdf5500 women's shaver.

Panasonic WES9077P Replacement Foil - Designed for use with Panasonic ES8036N & ES7024AC Shavers.
Customer Review :
Just Like the original, just a fraction of the cost for a new razor
This item is almost unavailable in stores so Amazon is the only resource for it. I've ordered two since I've owned my razor and have been happy with them both. They are delicate though so I suggest using the plastic cover that accompanies the razor, especially for traveling. If your razor still holds power than I definitely suggest this replacement foil, It makes sense financially and you can have the shipping expedited.

best price, exact fit for my panasonic shaver
I have had no problems using this replacement foil, excellent price too.

Performace
I Find, it is necessary to press razor to your face too hard, also I have to go over and over, in order to get a REASONABLE shave. I have been using PHILIPS electric razors for over 12 years and hav been generly very happy---but not with the ARCITEC---sorry.

Questions & Answers
Question : How long do the batteries in shavers last ?
How long do the batteries in shavers last ?
Answer:
Most modern rechargable electric shavers use Ni-Cad batteries despite the recent advances in battery technologies I believe this is because they are the cheapest to produce. These batteries suffer from memory effects so the life of them depends on the users charging and discharging habits but it they are discharged properly every time before charging they can last for up to 1000 cycles. If you shave once a day and charge it every 2 or 3 days you can expect up to 3 or so years from these batteries but charge quality of this battery chemical is greatly degraded usually within a years use.

Question : Men: What do you prefer- electric shavers or disposables and why?
Dont forgot your reason for preference.
Answer:
I too used electric ones before:never a smooth shave
Switched to disposables:tried all kinds
Got now for a year the Phillips fusion mach 3:the best there is
The vibrating blades are way great and provide you with the smoothest shave ever.
And no cuts:ever

Question : Is there an actual phobia from the fear of electric shavers?
Maybe it's related to the electrical sound or the fear of being cut while shaving?
Answer:
Hello! There probably is but the name for it does not seem to have been invented yet. Am sure that, if you are scared of electric shavers, then you are not the only one. Maybe it is the insecurity that it will slip that is the problem? Or indeed that you are afraid that you will cut yourself? Maybe because it is electric, you fear you do not have control over it yet it is still your hand using it and you are directing it? It is not a robot and it will "obey" you. Are you scared of any other electric appliances? I used to be scared of electric mowing-machines. Think I once saw a scary movie about it :o) . Maybe just enter "fear of electric shavers" on a search engine? Good luck!

Answer:

Question : What's the difference between electric shavers with foil and rotating heads, and which is the best one to buy?
Not interested in fancy extras such as 'Clean & Renew', and the shaver should be equipped with a MAINS facility at least.
Thanks for any recommendations guys!
Answer:
If you are black, get a philishave with rotating heads and different cutting degrees and moisturiser, cos them other ones are gonna mash your skin up. Black man's hair is different, a lot thicker and curlier. Don't get a foil one.

Question : Can any one give the pros and cons of using Electric shavers?
Can any one give the pros and cons of using Electric shavers? HOw effective and safe compared to conventional Gillette 2 or 3 blade shaving?
Answer:
From a woman's point of view:
Pro - easy to use, no shave cream required, less knicks, safer, n
Con - does not last as long as razor and shave cream, not as close of a shave.

Question : Are electric shavers up to the task of shaving my ENTIRE head?
I recently shaved my head for a charity fund-raising even. People's startled reactions were amusing enough to persuade me to keep the "Chrome-Dome" look, for a while at least. Everything I read about electric shavers relates to beard hair; would an electric do a good enough job or is the best I can hope for that sand-papery, second day after a good shave feel?
Answer:
head hair is not as coarse as beard hair so an electric razor will not work nearly as well. It just is not designed to handle head hair that doesn't stand up as well. And as a previous post stated, it can't cut as close as a blade shave. If you want to keep the smooth look, lather up and use a regular blade.

Question : Does anyone have any advice regarding mens electric shavers?
I've been using a philips 3 head shaver for years now and I'm quite used to using them. Problem is, they never get the hairs under my neck very well and I've been doing a bit of investigation to see whether or not the foil type shavers are better. Can anyone comment?
Answer:
The electric shavers donot give total clean and smooth shave. It works where the skin is relatively tight. For clean shave only blades are best.Electric shavers are best during travel,to avoid soap and water.I use Phlishave(Philips) during travel only.

Question : What removes leg hair best razors, hair removing lotions, or electric shavers. What do u use?
I currently use forever free electric shaver and it sucks
Answer:
VEET! is the best! you put it on your legs, then wait 4 minutes and then wash it off in the shower! =]
it doesn't like leave any allergic reaction bumps on your legs like Nair.
Its about 5 or 6 dollars in target, walmart, walgreens etc

Question : How often must you change the blades on electric shavers?
I am thinking about buying a foil type self cleaning shaver(not to get confused with the rotary style 3 head shavers)and i know that you can buy new blades for it. how ofted do you need to change them?
Answer:
To my knowledge the foil type shavers are travel shavers...
I have used only the rotary kinds...
In rotary kinds the blade last for 1-2 years & after that's it better to buy a new shaver cause the blades are almost as expense as the shaver...
