Remington shaver screens

Will never buy another Remington product unless it's a shotgun. Within two weeks of buying a MS5100 Remington electric shaver, the screen broke. I ordered a replacement set of Remington screens from Amazon, and within two days, it broke. Amazon=good Remington=bad

These razors are great. I had my previous Remington for almost 8 years. My wife finally managed to persuade me to buy a new one because the battery wouldn't hold a charge and it finally stopped working while plugged in. Never had a problem with the foils - one of the foils would break after about 12-18 months...the foils may be expensive, but it's a whole lot cheaper to buy a new foil every 12-18 months than to buy another razor.

I get a closer shave than I do with the electric razors that have the 3 circular discs on top.

Good replacement charger at a great price

I misplaced the charger to a Norelco beard trimmer. I looked around online and this was the best price for the replacement charger that I found. It came as advertised so no complaints on that part. There was no feedback from the seller on when it was shipped until I sent them an e-mail. They did reply promptly to my query though and by then the item was on it's way and delivered in the next day or so. Other than that it was a good purchase experience and the product works fine with the shaver. :)

Ok, so what's there to rave about a charger? Best part is I received it within a week of ordering. It's an exact replacement part. It works. Not much else to say. If it's what you need, just get over losing the original one and order it!

Great little machine

I bought this for my husband over 2 years ago for his birthday since he liked the hot shaves they gave him at the barber shop. He absolutely adors this thing now and uses it every time he shaves. The only bad thing is that you don't exactly have a variety of shaving foams out there you can buy since most stuff out there now is gel and you can't use gel with this device. Otherwise, it's great - it works consistently and is very durable.

I bought this product for my husband who is a professional barber. He had one before but it was a different brand. He thinks this one is tops. It heats up fast and because of its size, it fits well on crowded counter tops. I recommend this product to any professional barber or hair stylist that is looking for a quality hot lather machine.

It's amazing! It get's warm really fast and it's easy to use. Also, less cuts and more smooooth skin!

Warm is OK

WARM! Not hot. That's what you have to remember about this product. As far as I'm concerned, warm is fine. But, if you want hot lather on your face, you need to shell out the 100-200 bucks that it will cost to put you in a machine like the old barber shops used to have. Just don't expect to be mushed with hot lather with this product because it won't happen. The one exception might be when the lather gets thin, either because you don't shake it before use, or because the shaving cream itself is watery. I have found that Gillette Foamy works good for me. I tried Colgate and it was thin and watery. That causes the lather to come out hot, at least on the first bit out of the spout. I haven't tried any others yet, but will get around to using some other brands down the road.

Just remember, the operative word is "warm."
